An AWS Certified Welding Inspector, or CWI, is essential for the success of all fabricated projects and products. They not only ensure quality, and workmanship, but also that specifications are met, and code requirements are followed. Most importantly, they safeguard the public. 

At NCI, we offer on-site CWI services of the highest quality and for all stages of production. Our CWI has in-shop knowledge and can help to maintain quality control during welding, manufacturing, and repair phases of production as well as on-site surveillance.  

We also offer NDE services:

• MT-Magnetic Particle Testing is one of the most commonly used NDE methods. It is transportable, reasonably priced, and doesn’t require rigorous pre-cleaning. Magnetic Particle Testing detects surface and shallow subsurface flaws in ferromagnetic materials using a magnetic field and small magnetic particles.
• PT-Liquid Particle Examination in one of the most popular NDE Methods in the industry because it is economical and versatile. Liquid penetrant exams check for material flaws open to the surface by flowing very thin liquid into the flaw and then drawing the liquid out with a chalk like developer.
